• Orders are processed in 2-3 business days after you place your order (this does not include weekends or holidays)
  
  
• Once your order leaves our facility, we have no control over the post office or UPS when it comes to delays in your shipments and cannot be held responsible since it is out of our control. If there is an issue, please contact us and we will do everything possible to locate and track down your order. 
  
  
• If you choose to ship your Hershey Kiss Stickers by regular USPS First Class Mail - there is NO tracking available, therefore we cannot guarantee delivery by any certain date!! They are shipped in a large white regular envelope to save you costs. Otherwise, if you prefer... you can add tracking or use the Priority Mail option.
   
• If you need your order shipped right away, and need it in 7 days or less, please call in your order to ensure you can receive it in time. Orders placed online cannot be guaranteed to arrive in less than 7 days. Shipping by USPS Express Mail ($27.95 for 1-2 day delivery) is available if needed, but again your order must be placed over the phone.
  
  

PLEASE NOTE: Picking Priority Mail does not mean you will get it in 2-3 days from the day you place your order... it means you will receive it in 2-3 days after it ships out of our facility once it has been processed, which is normally a 2-3 business day window, so please factor that into your time frame :)

• USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) - $8.50 (includes tracking and up to $50 of insurance)
• USPS Express Mail (1-2 days) - $27.95 (includes tracking and up to $100.00 insurance)
  

Hershey Kisses Sticker Sheets (US)

• USPS First Class Mail - Up to 15 Sheets (5-7 business days) - $3.50
  There is no tracking number for this option... they are shipped in a large first class envelope to save you money BUT if it should become lost in the mail, we have no way of finding it for you & can not be held responsible if it does not make it in time for your event. Please allow plenty of time before your event for this option.
  
• USPS First Class WITH tracking (5-7 Business Days) - $5.00
• USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days) - $8.50
  (flat rate for any amount of sheets, includes tracking and up to $50 of insurance)
• USPS Express Mail (1-2 days) - $27.95
  (includes tracking and up to $100.00 insurance)
